Are You Finding It Difficult To Stay On Track?

By Tasha | Uncategorized

Focus on Success

If you are feeling stuck, this post is written for you!

As you may know, running a business can be stressful. Feeling overwhelmed comes naturally. It is not something that is planned, but it is a thought or feeling. Staying focused can be hard to do when you have projects to plan, pictures to post, deadlines to meet, and money that needs to be made. As the saying goes time waits on noone. I challenge you today to stay focused

Right now I want you to figure out what you can do yourself without taking up your family time. Your children and spouse value your relationships. You should be able to run your business and be available at any time for your loved ones.

Consider hiring help. I’m looking for that business owner that doesn’t know where to go from here. You are feeling stuck. You know your plans and what you want your future to look like, but you don’t know where to go from here. You have a few things in place, but you don’t know how to get more customers. You have clients, but need more. You want your name and your business to be world wide. You keep going to social media day after day, posting picture after picture, and nothing is going as you thought it would.

As your Virtual Assistant I offer some of these services: Social media needs (i.e. create and manage interest, Facebook, twitter, and instagram profiles upload pictures, and custom backgrounds for twitter) Block unwanted spam, status updates, contests, and services. I also set up your Business Facebook Fan Page. These are just a few of my services to increase your online presence and get guaranteed results.

Administratively as a Virtual Assistant I answer emails, manage comments on your blogs, schedule maintenance, data entry, brainstorming, and other administrative tasks.

I do all of this without you having to give an arm and a leg.

That means you can have more time for you and your family. You should be focused on your service or product because making money isn’t your problem, the work that is overwhelming you is.

If you want to take your business to the next level, increase your traffic, and watch your life change….. this is for you.

I look forward to hearing from you!

Warmly,

Tasha

What’s Holding You Back?

By Tasha | Uncategorized

take action towards your future

Are You Ready For A Better Future?

Start to live your best life now.

Many of you are at the point where you are frustrated, broke, and looking for more. You know you have so much to offer but don’t know where to start or who to trust. You know you need more and you want more for your family, but you keep taking the wrong turn.

You’ve held onto this job year after year hoping one day that big pay off would come. I am here to tell you that the job you are on is designed to make someone else rich, not you. Take the first step right now towards changing the future of you and your family.

Plan your breakthrough. Use what you have now and start saving for your future. The job you are on now will help to finance you owning your own life. Start to work on your business plan so that you will know where you need to start, how much money you will need (if any), and where you want your one person or one hundred person company to one day be.

Some of you want to work from your home. Decide what you are going to do working from home. What are you good at? Where will your income or clients come from? Prepare. Some of you have skills that are needed immediately. Someone is waiting on your service.

When will you start? Tomorrow, Friday, October 19, I challenge you to grab a journal. It doesn’t have to be this fancy leather bound piece of art. Get something to write in that will hold your daily thoughts, aspirations, and plans. I want you to name it, MY FUTURE. Begin to journal. Each day take action. Put back one dollar per day if you have to. Just know that you are working on building your own empire. Hear me clearly, your own empire!

You were designed to lead.

I’m holding you accountable for your future. Ready! Set! Go!

In Your Corner,

3 Things Needed To Work From Home

By: Tasha Smith

Have you been through many years of working from job to job to job, some of them you’ve loved and others make you sick to even roll out of bed?

People go through so much with their employers and the way the economy is going we feel that we have to put up with whatever is thrown at us. I am here to tell you that I feel obligated to help you get started in the right direction. The entire world is filled with people that should be entrepreneurs instead of sitting in a cubicle from 9-5 and not achieving their goals. Do you want to be at home more, and enjoy the life that you were designed to have?

If you are reading this you are definitely one of those people that are ready for a change.

It’s not hard to get started working from the comfort of your own home. The first thing you will need is a smartphone. You may ask why a smartphone? Personally I love the iPhone because with all the apps that a business owner can use, an iPhone is more versatile to your needs. Smartphones were made to hold tons of data, and to make a busy life on the go easy.

The second thing you will need to get started is a laptop. I say a laptop because you can go anywhere in the world that there is an internet connection, and take your business with you. If you are into coding you will definitely need your laptop for those purposes. 90% of the time I only carry my smartphone.

Now listen to me clearly when I tell you the third thing needed to start your business. You will need a willingness and desire to know that you can do this. You will have to work hard to get your business up and running, but know that I believe in you and will be here to guide you every step of the way. You know how you want your life to look, and working a minimum wage job will not get you there.

Right now I want you to choose the life you want, find your niche, and take action. Start somewhere! I’m in your corner, will you join me?

Warmly,

Tasha Smith

Be a better you

be better

Have you been down lately? Feeling overwhelmed? Me to. I have found that keeping a journal is an excellent practice for growth and letting things out that we sometimes don’t have the courage to say out loud. It is also good to keep a list of people you are praying for in your journal.  Learn to build healthy relationships. Sometimes people are dealing with bad days and don’t know how to get out of the hurt and anger so they tend to lash out on you. There is always an upside to every situation. In order to build healthy relationships, you must first know yourself and what you have to offer. Are you encouraging and can lend an ear to a friend? offer that. Are you a neat freak and know someone that is down and struggling with their mess? offer that. Are you good with children and can help someone with their kids today for only a few minutes? offer that. When we feel like we have nothing to offer, often times we are wrong. You have so much to give. Life is meant to be enjoyed and shared with those you love as well as strangers. Look around you. Do you see someone that looks to be struggling? There is always someone that is doing much worse than we are. People look for positive, warm, inviting atmospheres when looking for friends and acquaintances. Have you taken the time to sit back and look at some of the people in your life? Ask yourself why are they here. Are they keeping me lifted or tearing me down? If you aren’t around positive like minded people with goals equal to yours, change them now. You can never get different results by doing the same things over and over. From time to time we all struggle to uplift, but if there is someone that is always negative and everything you offer gets a lashing it’s time to move on. Their season is over in your life. Pray for positivity. I want you to know that I love you. I’m glad you are here. Do you have goals? Let’s get together and reach them. Let’s lift up your strengths and accomplishments and celebrate them. I encourage you to seek and live according to God’s will for your lives.

Blessings.
